Caroline and I took the weighted roller kreel down this morning. We then went about mounting the new version, which would consist of clothespins and rubber bands. We got all the pieces for the new kreel/tensioning device together by lunctime, and began to install everything. We managed to get the whole deal strung by about 6pm and wove a few picks through it to make sure everything would work. We called it a night at about 8pm with the new system working beautifully.
